MAXIM MEDIATION

Maxim Mediation works with communities throughout the Dallas-Ft. Worth area and across the nation, providing conflict resolution services through training, education, and low-cost mediation services. Our purpose is it to educate and empower individuals and companies in our community by providing alternative solutions for conflict resolution.

Mediation Provides:

A confidential meeting between disputing parties and a trained, neutral mediator who guides a discussion of issues toward a mutually acceptable agreement.

The Community Action Program provides low-cost mediations to communities, and offers communication training to the community. We believe that conflicts can often be resolved without litigation.

Our Empowerment Program teaches the skills necessary for effective communication, conflict management, and self-sufficiency, therefore helping the individuals become more productive in everyday life.
